In the Doghouse

I am writing you from under the covers. On either side of me sleep two big black dogs, who not only have me positively wedged between them, but are pulling the blankets down and across me, straight-jacket style. It's a little slice of heaven, I tells ya. They're going to have to use the jaws of life to get me out of here.

Yep, there's nothing finer than to be pinned beneath the covers by canines. Happens to me every night.

well, your dogs pin with a dressmaker's force, i've seen the size of them. mine batten down the hatches, they bolt down railroad ties, they cinch steel belly bands. i really don't mean that in the "my dogs can beat up your dogs" way, except that they can.

That sounds positively comfy! Aside from the dog hair and the pet dander. My eyes are watering just thinking about it.

Why do you always have to bring race into it?
